QUESTION : What is your Pricing Structure?
ANSWER : An
initial cost will be charged for the set up and design of
the system to manage the Patient and Trial database i.e.
PROD Server.
This cost will be dependent on requirements and the size of
the database.
The client cost will be per User License per Annum. A special
pricing structure for Licenses is available upon request.
QUESTION : Is PROD an off the shelf package?
ANSWER : Yes and NO. The server application
is designed to meet Customer Requirements. Various Health
Organisations have different databases. Hence, PROD needs
to be designed to meet specific requirements.
However, a standard basic version is available, designed to meet minimum
requirements.
QUESTION : Who would design the PROD Server
Application for my Organisation?
ANSWER : We have a highly experienced
team of Consultants who would work together with your
Users to deliver a system that would meet your requirements.
QUESTION : How secure is the data stored
on the Server?
ANSWER : The data held on the database cannot
be accessed by a User without authorisation. User accounts
can be created on the server application to provide extra
security, limiting access depending on User Security Rights.

my Patients dosage if I've received negative feedback for
their Trial?
ANSWER : Very Easy. You would simply
search for the Patient, Select the trial record, and
update the dosage column on the page. Next time the
patient receives his reminder, the new dosage value
will be displayed.
QUESTION : Why can't I Connect to the Server?
ANSWER : The database may have gone down
for various reasons. You need to call Technical Support.
QUESTION : Why do I get an error when attempting
to create a record?
ANSWER : This could be a database
error in which case one of our support engineers would
have to investigate and fix the problem
QUESTION : Why can’t I receive my Patients
Response?
ANSWER : This could be due to the Patients
reception area. However, once the Patient is in an area where
there is a strong reception, the response will be uploaded
to the database

QUESTION : What types of Mobile Phones will
run PROD?
ANSWER : Currently, only PDA's and Smart
Phones can run PROD, but we are looking into running our
software on other Phone Operating systems
QUESTION : What happens if I don't reply
to a Response Prompt?
ANSWER : The Prompt will continuously be
displayed at regular intervals until a valid response is
entered
QUESTION : What is a valid Response?
ANSWER : A valid response consists of a
Yes/No answer to whether you've taken your medication. Also,
a selection must be made between 1 to 5 to indicate how you
feel, and an optional entry for general comments.
